MacBook won’t turn on, but is charging

Hello,

My MacBook Pro will not turn on, but I can see it is charging. I wiped off my keyboard about a week ago with a disinfectant wipe, and I’m afraid I may have done some internal damage to the keyboard. There seems to be no signs that is turning on. There is no start up sound and the screen remains dark, but you can see that the computer is getting power by the red dot on the charger. I even tried the control + shift + option and the power button all at the same time. The red dot on the charger turns green for two seconds, then returns to red. Someone help. Have I exhausted my options here? I don’t want to bring it in, because the nearest Apple store with an opening is 67 miles from me a week from now.
