Purchased a previously owned Apple Watch
What can be done to unpair an Apple Watch if there is no way to contact the previous owner?

If it is locked and they didn’t give you the info to unlock your stuck. The previous owner should have cleared the phone before selling it. If you can’t contact them to unlock it the watch is useless.
