my Fitbit app is not responding to my finger tap on my iPhone 8. No other problems on any other app or website. Should I delete the app & reload?

We understand you're having an issue with your Fitbit app. That's a great question. While deleting the app may be needed, we may have another step that can help preserve your app data, but still resolve your app issue. It's called offloading an app.
