Song "name" vs. Song "title"

I recently moved my iTunes library to a new Windows computer. After importing my songs into iTunes, I noticed that in some cases iTunes is reading the song "name" vs. song "title" metadata for various albums. Also lost is the track number. Other than going in and correcting this manually song by song, I have not found a way to fix this problem. Any ideas how to get iTunes to read the metadata correctly?

This is typical of tracks in .wav format where there is no tag, but odd to see some information come through. At a guess I suspect you've got the multiple tags issue described in Repair security permissions for iTunes for Windows - Apple Community. Ideally you would have moved your library in a way that didn't mean importing media on the new PC. See Move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Community for details. If it is too late to revisit the move then another approach might be to test my script TagFromFilename and see if it can correct the title and track numbers for you.
