iPhone not updating
As above, I have two supposedly identical i phones only difference is capacity one is 16 gb with problem, the other is 32gb no problem.
Both are: Model Name : i phone 6 plus
ModelNumber on Problemphone is MCA92B/A
Serial Number : FK***5QR
The problem is that the larger capacity model has upgraded to 13, but the smaller gb phone says up to date at 12.
Both were purchased as reconditioned. at the same time from reputable seller, but are out of their one year warranty and they have been at a loss to explain the problem I am having. The information provided is directly from the phone itself.
Both phones are working perfectly well other than this.
