I don't understand that statement. Below is the Keyman Hungarian qwerty keyboard on my iPad. The exact same letters can be made with Apple's keyboard using Press and Hold. Please explain which of the letters on this keyboard are not "correct and exact."

Are you having problems making the special characters required for Hungarian with the keyboard provided by Apple? If so, that is done by doing Press and Hold on the base latter and choosing the accented version you want from the popup menu that appears.

Apple traditionally provides both qwertz and qwerty versions of its Hungarian keyboards, also on MacOS.

Are you trying to get Apple to add a keyboard with separate keys for the 9 special characters? This would seem really difficult given the size constraints. This kind of layout is however available if you use a hardware keyboard with your iPad,

In the meantime, you may want to check for alternative 3rd party keyboards in the App Store. Have a look at the Keyman app.

Could you please list for us the Hungarian alphabet characters which you cannot produce via press and hold with the Hungarian keyboard on your iPad?
