How can i get into my cloud to retrieve contacts from my old cell
Good Afternoon, how can i get into my iCloud account to retrieve phone numbers from my old cell that i cannot get into, thank you

If they were synced to iCloud, use any computer internet browser and log into www.icloud.com
Go to the Contacts app there.
If you want to export the contacts, click the gear-shaped settings icon at the lower left of that Contacts screen, then click Select All, then click the gear icon again and click Export vCard.
