On your phone, tap the App Store app

  • Tap on the Search icon
  • Enter “the ring app” and hit Enter
  • Under it you will see the app: “ring” in a blue oval
  • Tap Get
  • Enter your Apple ID password if prompted (or Touch ID)

The app should install on your phone. If it doesn’t report any error message you see. It is compatible with iPhone 6.

Please write effective community posts and do not duplicate.

The Ring (camera app) is located in The App Store.

You will find the Ring app in the App Store on iPhone or iPad.

Click on this app, and go to “search”. Search: Ring.

Download the app and enter your passcode.

Again, next time please write a more effective post.
