Music Library (damaged)

I opened Music on my MacBook and the only songs visible were the ones purchased from the iTunes Store/Apple Music Store. In my Music folder there are two libraries: one that was just created and an older one which is now damaged. When I try selecting the damaged library, nothing happens. I lost my library a few months ago and had to reset everything. I'm getting really sick of this.
