Apple Music Library gone from Mac - How to restore from Cloud?

Hi there. My home computer (Mac mini) that contained my Apple Music library had a fatal crash earlier this year and the library was not contained in my backup and is now gone or corrupt. However, my library still exists in my I cloud account and can be played from my iOs devices. Does anyone know how to get that music back on my Mac and into the library where it's safe on my hard drive?
