I am purchased new iPhone XS in 14,08,2020 but warranty expire date is 14,02,2021
iPhone XS, iOS 12
I contacted Apple care and cleared this issue
and one year warranty available

The iPhone XS was discontinued by Apple on 10 September 2019.
You purchased a grey market iPhone that was originally sold on 14/02/2020.
Yes, it expires in a year.
