Family member stuck in previous region

I moved from Singapore to the UK and have had a number of issues with the Family Account. All members are now showing as UK accounts but my children’s App Store still opens in Singapore, so they are unable to update or purchase new apps.

I’ve moved them from my account to my wife’s and back again and tried all sorts, which had been very frustrating and still not working.

On the child's account, have they signed out of the App Store/iTunes, restarted their device, and then signed back in?

On the child's account, have all the steps in the article below been completed?
