Family Purchase Sharing not Working

I’ve been having difficulties these last few weeks trying to get Purchase Sharing working after changing the countries on our accounts. I’ve made sure the accounts I want to share the purchases have their devices up to date and that the App Store has their associated accounts assigned in. I would like to what methods I should try to be able to fix this?

Share purchases with others in your Family Sharing group

"To share purchases, family members must be in the same iTunes Store country or region."

Contact Apple. Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
