is my iphone fake

As stated check the S/N on apples site.

To the best of my knowledge "fake" iPhones are non-apple hardware, running android and a convincing ROM/skin.

What I mean by that is (again, to the best of my knowledge) No one has been able to get iOS to boot on non apple hardware.

if its been refurbished using real apple parts by an unlicensed reseller then the check warranty may have an issue with its SN, That dosen't mean its fake though.

If you have access to a PC or Mac I suggest just plugging it in and see what it does...

try to input serial number of device, it will show whether this serial number is in apple database or not
