How to fix iPhone 11 screen not fading out when turning off?

So recently I noticed that when I turn off my screen it just goes black, it doesn’t fade out or anything but when it’s on the lock screen it does. Any fix ??

Hi MimaCastro,

Thanks for your post! We understand you do not see a fade out sequence when you shut off your iPhone. Did you previously see this sequence? Auto-Lock will dim the display prior to locking the screen, but there is not a setting that dictates the screen dimming process during a shutdown, which may take up to 30 seconds.

Restart your iPhone
