Notification centre turns black in iphone11

When i open notification centre it first appears black and after a second it changes to the lock screen wallpaper. Earlier it was always the lock screen wallpaper.

when i pull notification centre:

After the notification centre is opened it returns back to wallpaper:

I tried both restart and forced restart but it’s still the same.

is it because of the ios 13.6 update?

i recently updated my iphone.

I just checked software update. There’s a new update available (ios 13.6.1).

i will reply if it’s resolved after the update.

Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
