software update
am unable to update my iphone software
like i went to general under settings, i saw download and install for the updating but its written in black and not blue, meaning i can't install. what's happening?

Make sure that you are connected to a good wifi connection. Update only works with wifi so make sure you have a good one and please refer to this link
