AppleCare - We couldn’t find an eligible product...

I bought my Computer one week ago, in Kyrgyzstan.


I registered it with its serial number on my account and took notice of the possibility to subscribe to AppleCare for this device.


I came back on my account several days after having registered it and I found that my computer wasn't longer eligible to AppleCare for a reason unknown to me.


When I fill the informations related to the serial number of my MacBook or my account to test irs eligibility again, it shows these messages :


"We couldn’t find an eligible product.

We didn’t find an eligible product associated with this Apple ID"

or

"We are sorry" ???


How is it possible that the AppleCare subscription option is no longer available when it was a few days ago?


Is it because of the localisation of the place I bought my computer in?


How can I solve this problem?
