As Step 5 In The Picture States ... I Am Holding Down The Shift Key While Opening iTunes But The Choose iTunes Library Screen Is Not Popping Up Prior To iTunes Opening. Is This The Same Process For Newer 2020 Versions Of iTunes?

On a Mac use the Option key, not Shift. Press and hold down the key as you click the icon to launch iTunes and keep holding until you see the prompt.
