i just bought icloud storage, but now my usage only 1.9GB. How come so little? my photos about 80GB. how to make sure my photos is backup in icloud?

Storing your photos in iCloud will not make it part of a backup as this is what iCloud backs up - What does iCloud back up? - Apple Support. Did you purchase enough iCloud storage to accommodate the 80GB photo volume? How is the space on your device?
