iCloud full
My iCloud space is full with 5GB of photos. It will not back up. How do I lower the space without losing any photos from my iPhone?

Your best option is to increase your iCloud storage space. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201318
The only way to reduce the space that you use it to delete items, photos, video, data off of your device.
