Make files and folders on Finder 'snap to grid'

The files and folders on my mac looks messy and I need it to show all the folders and not like this:

I also want the files to snap to grid and display everything regardless of how big or small the current Finder window is. You can see on the screenshot how a small Finder window cuts off the other folders and I have to maximize the window or click 'show all' to see them all. Is there a way to get rid of these extra steps?

I'm using macOS Catalina 10.15.5

In the View Options, set it to sort by something and set it to Snap to Grid.

You can adjust the icon size and grid spacing, but there is only so much screen real estate to display the items. If there are more than can be fit inside the window bounds, you won't be able to see everything.
