Forget my Apple ID & password and I couldn’t access my phone it’s locked

The only way to resolve it is with the Apple ID and password that were used to enable Activation Lock. If you can’t “remember” your Apple ID (which is pretty remarkable, since it is your email address) you will never be able to use the phone. If this was not a phone that was new when you got it you may need the Apple ID and the password of the previous owner.
