iPhone 8 battery backup is not good
I’m using iPhone 8 but the battery backup is not good from beginning.. sometimes it gets hot..

Your battery is kind of on the edge; at 80% the battery is considered past its useful life. Apple will replace the battery for $49.
You can also go to the same setting and see which apps are using the most energy, and try to limit use of them.
