iCloud Backup

Dear sir,

i have a problem backing up my iphone to icloud, knowing that:

the current storage is (4.8 MB used only!)
the documents I need to back up is contacts and messages only
my iphone is connected to charger and wifi network

See -- If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support.
