Why apple tv+ app missing from android tv playstore ?

Why is apple tv+ app missing from android tv ? I have ipad and google android 4k tv, only thing missing on the tv is apple tv+ app. I have apple tv+ subscription which i use it to watch on my ipad as the web version is really bad. However , i want to know is there a way to get apple tv+ app on my android 4k tv.
