Problem connecting WD MyBook Live 1 TB to macbook pro 13" (2018)

I have already using MBP 13", 2018, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports for around 2 years. And last week i inherits WD My Book Live 1 TB from my brother. It have always working well for me except this morning.

Since this morning i have not been able to connect this MBP to the WD MyBookLive. When I open the Finder, the drive shows up as seen on the attached image.

I have tried several possible solutions on the web and the support from WD, with no luck. If you have any suggestion, Please help me.
