Managing memory by optimizing photos
So if I Optimize iPhone Photos, and then select a thumbnail on my phone, does it just enlarge the thumbnail or does it pull and display the high Rez version off of the cloud?

From reading your post, it appears you are inquiring if using optimized photos with iCloud will enlarge the photo to full resolution when enlarged, correct? We're here to help you take a look in to that!
