Does Do Not Disturb prevent location visibility?
can I put do not disturb on and stop people from seeing my location till morning without me unlinking them from sharing locations till morning

The thing is that Do Not Disturb and Location Sharing are two different things and settings. You will therefore not able to accomplish what you are setting out to do with the Do Not Disturb function.
