After updated to IPad os 13.6.1 my pad start showing wrong location weather data.. trying to change location settings through settings>Privacy>Locations>weather>while using app but still location showing Indian Ocean instead of my local data. Help

If you have an Wi-Fi only iPad there's no GPS hardware.
The location is gotten from your carrier Wi-Fi access point which can be off.
Not with a Mac since Mac also do not have a GPS like the iPad.
But yes, try connecting your iPad Wi-Fi to your iPhone using your iPhone Personal Hotspot, if your carrier supports it
