apple id

my friend used my game center account and he logged in using a different device. does it mean that he is also logged in into my apple id and have an access with the files that is in my icloud?

Yes, it does mean what you say and more. Change your password to a strong one.

Also, if you can, Check your Apple ID device list (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205064and remove any device that shouldn't be signed in using the steps in the link.
