How to remove credit card from Apple ID?
I’d like you to remove this CC permanently. I’m just worried about abuse and fraud.

You Must have One Method of Payment:
You need to have at least one method of payment assigned to your account. So, if you do not want to use a Credit Card, you could use a PayPal account, if an option in your Location/Region.
