Bought a voucher, but was sent to the wrong email address and now I can't redeem the voucher code

Please help, my husband bought me a voucher and sent it to my gmail address. The email is missing one character, so it wasn't sent to the correct address (or probably at all). How do I correct this. When I log in, it shows the details of the purchase I made, the amount was deducted off of the bank account, but I can't change the delivery email address to resend it.

Contact Apple Support

Ask them to modify the eMail address to what it should be. That should fix it right away.

Contacting Apple Support:

Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get thorough :)

Thank you...! I've emailed them 5 times, with no response. Where or how would I ask them to modify it?

You are welcome.

What to Do:

You would contact Apple Support. Use Phone or Chat.

Contacting Apple Support:

Links to Use:

Tip: Select your product, and and pick something other than Apple ID (i.e. a power issue with your product). If you just select this having to do in relevance to Apple ID - It might only give you the option to call them, or nothing at all.

Twitter seems to be a somewhat newly mention method. So, if you have a Twitter Account, then try that.

It is more manual, but it might get you just what you need.

Why the Wait:

With what is going around (the Coronavirus), calls and eMails are taking a bit longer to go through. And that makes sense because many are working out-if-the-house or are taking classes over-the-phone. So, just give it a few. 3-5 Days is typical at the moment. Chats are bit of a wait.
