iPhone 6s stuck after update in Data & Security page, iOS 13.6.1

I updated my iPhone 6s from iOS 12.x.x to 13.6.1 using my Mac.

Everything went on without any errors.

But when the phone restarted, here what happens:

welcome screen with the "Hello" messages in different languages
Connects to internet
Data & Privacy page --> I press "Continue", and the loader (top right corner of the page) starts working and goes on forever without anything happening.

If I press the power button, I will go back to the Welcome screen and the above process is repeated.

I am stressed like **** as my latest backup is very very old!

Hello.

May I ask how long have you waited for the updated to continue? If it still loading, I suggest to download again the update.

Not sure what you are referring to.

The loader on the top right of the "Data & Privacy" page has been going for several hours. I am just hoping that there is a process in the background and once that one is finished, it will open the phone. But I am not that hopeful.

I tried going into recovery mode, and update the phone again. It updated again, but the same thing happened.

Tried this one more time, and still the same problem.
