"NEW" refurbished phone??

There are folders and files created before the date of activation and manufacture on an iPhone that purchased a genuine iPhone 7 discontinued in South Korea.

And there was app data in Safari that was not used without logging in.

Also, when looking at the diagnostic log, there was a conflict with the activation local time because the release region and date settings were different.

This is suspected to be a refurbished phone, but the device information is confirmed as a new product.

Apple Korea's technical support team is concealing or refusing to diagnose this problem even though it is aware of this issue by looking at the evidence I submitted.

I request an apology, clarification and appropriate response from Apple's responsible person.

All information on the device is verified as a product that has been sold normally.

However, as a result of checking with several Windows apps, the usage trace and the folder creation date are before the manufacturing date.

Even if I delete all apps and data that I haven't used at all, the system cache files, not my cache, are more than 2GB.

Korean engineers are in a hurry to reject or hide the answer even on the confirmation report.
