MDM iPhone

What do I do? I purchased an IPhone 13 mini brand new from my cell provider. Has not been operating correctly since the activation. Now it has been acting like an MDM. Apple support confirms that but does not have a record of it being an MDM. Cell provider says the same. It’s not factory restoring. I could replace the device but if it keeps happening, what can I do?

Hello,

It should be easy to check if it is managed or not. See this:

Get started with a supervised iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

In any case, a factory reset should work. Why did it not work? Error message?

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
