Why does not all cell phone carries support eSIM on apple watch, even when they offer eSIM on all other Apple products like iPhones and iPads.
What is so technical unique with the Apple Watch, that prevents carriers that are service providers or MVNO for not supporting it?
I am not an apple employee and I haven't worked in the industry for a few years but I would say the software that some carriers use isn't set up to allow two Sims to the same phone number as the watch has to piggyback off the iPhones number when it is paired. Neither my iPad or iPhone uses an eSim, both are cellular and have a physical sim card installed provided by my carrier. I would love to hear other opinions on this. Cheers

All eSims on an apple watch are provided to all carriers because that is what is built into the watch.. It is not Apples responsibility to make the carriers equipment or software work with their product. If you want a definitive answer contact your carrier and ask them why they can't do the same thing as other carriers all over the world do and allow the Apple Watch to work with their system.
If you have nano SIM & eSim set up on your iPhone, according to the instructions in this article you can set the two lines up on your Watch GPS-Cellular.
