The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

Restore contacts.

I am attempting to restore contacts from iCloud on an iPhone X but do not see the Advanced option or click Restore Contacts under Account Settings.

This is better done via iCloud.com -- Restore contacts, calendars, and more in Settings on iCloud.com - Apple Support.
