Trusted phone number

Hey, so I am trying to sign back in to my Apple ID but it’s tell I need the two factor authentication code which make sense, but the trusted phone number doesn’t exist anymore. I am signed out of my Apple ID, which means I can’t change that trusted phone number. Is there any way to change that trusted phone number when I am sign out of my Apple ID
