Macbook air 2020 extremely overheat

Brandnew, with core i5. The fan keeps blowing, and the macbook air becomes overheat within a very short time period, with only a couple programs. Even just browsing on the internet.

It is indexing spotlight, my MacBook Pro did this for about 2 days after I unboxed it and set it up. Give it 2-3 days and if it is still blowing a lot, follow these steps: How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support
