error 5823

Hi i tried to record my zoom meeting and it won't save .It gives me this error 5823.

The other day it worked fine, but now, nothing

it records my scrren with no zoom, but with it no.

i tried everything, restarting, updating ios, safari files, scrren recording is allowed and put in my menu..help, just got it for school, i'm a teacher.
