iPhone stuck after update.

Hello Apple,

I have old iphone with 64 gb . i try to update iphone from setting but it was showing your phone storage low. Approximately 1.3 GB space left . but when i connect to the PC. here show option for update, i click on update there no any error like low storage. but after complete processing 30-40% its showing error on itunes (14). i'm try boot my iphone in normal mode but unable to start, it stuck in recovery mode, i try many times with itunes and third party apps. there is major bug in itunes -> if your iphone storage is low then how can start update on itunes.

is there any to get my phone data ?
