Trying to use a compatible iphone 7 plus from Consumer Cellular on Cricket Wireless. I have the unlock code from CC, but when the sim card from Cricket is inserted it just reads "SIM not supported" with no place to type in the unlock code from CC. And this was originally done at a Cricket store.

Yea, just needed to factory reset the phone again, then install the sim card and setup. Think I reset the phone before it was actually unlocked and that was the hang up. Thinking it was clear already. All set up and functional without having to walk back into a Cricket kiosk. 👍🏽
