I reset my email password on 8/6/20; I cannot access my email from my iPad ever since.

Make sure you changed your email password in your actual email service Website.

Then, back on your iPad in Settings app, under Passwords and Accounts Settings panel, make sure you have changed/updated your mail service password there, as well.
