File>Open Stream URL doesn't work? Selecting "Radio" in the sidebar and searching for what you want doesn't work? What are the exact problems you're having?

Thank you for your reply, but you apparently didn't listen to internet radio stations in iTunes, lol. The previous iTunes app had hundreds, maybe even thousands of radio stations available, listed by category. I listened to a variety of stations, depending on my mood. The selections were constantly changing. The "exact problem I'm having" is that this is all gone in the new Music app.
There appear to be a large number of radio stations if you click on "Radio" in the sidebar. As I noted above, you can also search. You should also be able to listen to pretty much any internet radio station you want by entering the URL (that's always the way I did it).
It sounds as if what you're really asking is has Apple changed the way they list specific internet radio stations. That's quite possible. The stations were not anything provided by Apple, they were merely a list of third party stations.
I'd suggest you try TuneIn Radio. It has, it claims, 100,000 free internet radio stations listed. They can be browsed by genre.
I've made a web page that lists the Internet radio stations from iTunes that are not listed in Music and describes how you can access them in the new app. Hopefully you can find what you're looking for at iTunes | Internet Radio.

Hi tt2,
I found a web site that explained how to use iTunes to save radio stations in a playlist, export it, then import it into Music. It works, but you have to add the stations one-by-one, so it's a little tedious. Would you mind sharing the web page that you created?
Thank you,
Nancy
Hi Idris,
You apparently never used iTunes the way many of us do, which is to listen to our favorite radio stations. I'm not asking if Apple changed the way they list internet radio stations, I was expressing my dismay that they no longer do so in the new Music app, and hoping I was wrong. But I wasn't, sadly. However, I found a work-around, which is to use iTunes to create and export a playlist of radio stations that I can import into Music. It's tedious, but it works.
I have Airport Express units connected to speakers around the house, for whole-house sound, and iTunes (now Music) is the only app I know of that will broadcast to all of them simultaneously. So TuneIn Radio won't do what I need, but I appreciate the suggestion.
Thank you,
Nancy
The blue text in my post above is the link. You still have to add stations one at a time, but at least there is a chance you can find familiar stations from previous versions of iTunes.

Got it, thank you. That is helpful!
You're welcome. 🙂
