Panic-full log on iPhone 11 Pro Max after 6 hour shutdown

My iPhone 11 Pro Max has been restarting randomly on iOS 14 Beta for a while now, each time with a panic-full log in Analytics. Recently, it shut down for a full 6 hours while charging overnight, resulting in missing my alarm and multiple phone calls. I'm planning to restore to iOS13 soon so I can see if the random shutdowns persist, but can anyone make heads or tails of this log? Thanks!

FYI: I can only fit the first 100,000 characters in the additional text field but this log is 700,000 characters. Is there any way to attach the .ips file?

we can't support beta software here.. did you send this log file to Apple with the feedback app?

I did send the log in and submitted feedback via the app. Was trying to figure out if this is a beta issue or a hardware issue and someone suggested posting my log to the Apple Community forums. I was planning on going back to iOS 13 to see if the restart issue persists.
