"This payment method can't be used with the iTunes store." keep popping up everytime I try to put in my credit card.
Does anybody know whats wrong?

Contact Your Financial Institution:
Perhaps the transaction is being seen as fraud - so contact your Financial Institution (i.e. Bank), and inform then that all is fine.

Can't put credit card in iTunes, payment method can't be used.
