I can't seem to add any credit card information onto my iTunes account and get this message everytime i try to add any


"Cannot process request. Please try again later"

You've tried on both your iOS device and computer's iTunes, and via : https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage ? If you have, try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
