iTunes cannot be uninstalled by Win 10, or by Revo Uninstaller

After the latest Win 10 update, iTunes became unindexed (if there is such a word). When I tried to use the MS store version to re-install, error message to the effect that "another user has installed iTunes from the MS store. That version must be removed first..."

The control panel doesn't have iTunes listed. The only Apple product is Bonjour which I know nothing about nor do I use it. Additionally, I have Revo Uninstaller Plus which does a complete uninstall, as opposed to the shoddy job done by Windows. It can't find iTunes either.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Kickamondoach,

It sounds like you are experiencing issues installing iTunes because it says it is already installed on your computer. We can help get you pointed in the right direction for support.

You had mentioned checking for other Apple software, you'll want to be sure to uninstall all the software related components listed here: Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later

If you continue to experience issues, make sure you've completed all available software updates for your computer and be sure to restart your computer.

This should help resolve the issue. In the event it doesn't, we'd recommend contacting Microsoft directly for further assistance in the Microsoft Store.

Take care.
