APPLE TV LIGHT KEEPS FLASHING EVEN AFTER MULTIPLE RESETS

I have an Apple TV HD.The light of my Apple TV keeps flashing even after resetting it multiple times.After I reset the Apple TV ,it works just fine for a few days but then after that it dosent turn on and the light starts flashing without any display.Sometimes there’s even no light.This has happened repeatedly for quite sometime now,and I’m tired of resetting it.Is it possible that my Tv is permanently damaged?
